BusRight
During my time with BusRight, I led user research efforts to transform their school bus management platform from concept to market-ready MVP. I created three distinct interfaces: an iOS parent app for real-time bus tracking, Android driver app for navigation, and a web-based routing tool for administrators. This work directly contributed to BusRight's early success, helping them secure their first school district contracts.

Multi-Route Management
Based on user research with school administrators, we created a Multi-Route Editor that centralizes bus route management. The dashboard combines strategic planning tools—route editing, capacity planning, and collaborative notes—with a Live Map View for real-time tracking of bus locations, student counts, and route progress. This unified platform gives transportation teams complete oversight of their fleet operations.

Parent tracking and driver navigation app
To complete the ecosystem, I developed companion mobile applications addressing the needs of parents and drivers. The Parent Tracking App provides real-time bus location updates and arrival notifications, giving families peace of mind and eliminating guesswork around pickup and drop-off times. Parents can monitor their child's journey with live route progress and receive timely alerts when the bus approaches their stop.
The Driver Navigation App delivers turn-by-turn GPS guidance optimized for school bus routes, helping drivers navigate efficiently while maintaining focus on student safety. This purpose-built navigation solution accounts for the unique requirements of school transportation, including larger vehicle considerations and student loading zones.
