Hello! I'm Mashell, a product designer and strategist based in California.

I build products grounded in data, driven by collaboration, and designed to move metrics. My work keeps landing in high-stakes, complex domains from healthcare, cybersecurity, and student safety where good design genuinely changes outcomes.

Some of my career highlights include:

→ Designed a patented browser extension for cybersecurity platform

→ Solo- designed the platform that raised BusRight's $7M Series A

I'm currently working remotely as a strategic design partner for early-stage companies and tinkering with all things AI. I hold a B.A. in Sociology and a B.A. in Art from the University of California, Berkeley.

When I'm not working, you can find me thrifting, painting, hosting guests in Joshua Tree, or hanging with my cat Penelope and Boston pup, Rocky.
