At Osmind, a practice management system for mental health, I led product design across the core platform - clinical charting, billing, scheduling, user management, and a patient-facing app. Working within Ant Design System, I shaped complex clinical workflows into intuitive experiences that improved patient outcomes and increased clinician efficiency.
